With the provided lockbox code, it was easy to get the key out. I had now issue with it. The property was secure enough, front door was secured, keeping the key with us at all times was great. We felt safe.

Apart from the downstairs toilet not flashing properly, top floor sink clogged and apartment being warm , we checked and the heaters were on. Switched them off but the house was still too warm upstairs. Downstairs was cool though.

Location. Size was great for our party size.

Parking difficult- limited spaces on the nearby street and no direct parking at property. Dirty dishes in dishwasher on arrival. Kitchen looks tired.. floor stained, worktop marked and scratched. Several stains on carpets throughout the property. Dirty finger marks around light switches in several rooms. Grass was untidy outside the front of the property. Key safe information given in email was not accurate to begin with. An updated email had been sent but had arrived as my partner who had arrived first was stood in 30+ degree direct sunlight, trying to figure out what he was doing wrong. I had been driving and hadn’t seen the updated info to pass on nor had I thought it necessary to give my partner contact details in the event of such issues. Maybe have contact info outside in event of emergency?

Lovely set up, very stylish. Was a great place too reunite with family. Very close to the monkey forest too, would highly recommend or use again.

Shame there’s isn’t parking, but it’s so easy to park on the street. Just don’t drink the coffee provided it’s tasted horrible, may have been there a little too long.
