Bedding was dirty , had black pubic hairs in the sheets , there was a bed bug infestation and the bedroom carpet was attempted to be cleaned prior to my arrival causing it to be damp when I entered the room and an overwhelming chemical smell for the entire time I was there ….. I had to leave the balcony door open the entire time to alleviate some of the chemical smell and I had to sleep on the couch due to being bitten by bed bugs …. My notifications to the management personnel did nothing to remedy my situation ….

The location is AMAZING, we didn’t have to worry about driving or paying for parking during our stay and we were in the middle of everything. Despite the concierge’s computer system being down upon arrival, the host was very quick to respond and helped to make it a smooth check in process. It is a very active city but a very quiet place to wind down. The unit was clean and looked beautiful, it was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I for the weekend. The building itself is extremely secure, I had no worries about my vehicle or personal belongings in a city I’m unfamiliar with. Staying for 2 nights and 3 days, I believe this booking is very reasonably priced, given all that is included; parking is free (most places seem to charge $25+ daily), you have a full size kitchen, a personal balcony in the unit, access to the PH floor to see extravagant views of the city at night, and within walking distance of a pharmacy, grocery store, and so many restaurants. 15/10 recommend and my boyfriend and I will definitely be booking again in the future! Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

Its location and proximity to everything. We walked to University of Tampa for Parents Weekend activities

There were 3 elevators for 24 floors, but only 1 was working. We waited 30 minutes to go up to 14th floor and another 25 minutes to get back down on the first day checking in. They finally got the 2nd elevator to work after that.

It was very clean and spacious. Also I felt safe and secure.

Beautiful building and room. Loved every bit of it and it's thoughtful amenities. Great location, plenty of restaurants, favorite coffee shop, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Room number was not provided prior to arriving, causing alarm at the front desk, delays obtaining our room, while also worrying the room was a scam until Dionne quickly responded to our situation and resolved the problem.
