Very clean and cozy accommodation. The host was very helpful and kind. Not so far from the city centre. Every morning breakfast was available - snacks, croissant, coffee and tea. Recommended for a short stay in Manchester.

The host was lovely and friendly and I enjoyed or chat. Very short walk to local shop and takeaways. I slept really well was very comfortable bed and quite outside as it's a local residential area but only a very short distance to the centre of town.

Was nice and quiet I got a really good nights Sleep at this property. The lady who I see and sorted me out the keys was very friendly.

Just a little to far out for way for me really.
