Hotel City Inn - Mountain View

The locations was fantastic, close to lakeside, restaurants and shops, but up a side street so were removed from any noise. Our room had large windows overlooking Pokhara and the mountains - beautiful. The manager was always available when we wanted advice, cars booked etc.

Block out curtains would have been nice as were waking up at 4.30am

The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was good enough to start the day right, with decent variety and quality. The location was superb—close to everything and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the money.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. They have a small balcony with great views. Comfortable rooms and they have buffet breakfast which changes everyday and has variety of options. Stayed here for two nights while going to Mustang. Besttt hotel in Pokhara lakeside. Will visit again next time!

Staff helped us to sort a problem with our flight and gave us great advise about local activities.

Constant door slams make guests entrance very noisy. A little update on those will be great. We expected a better cleaning standard, definitely something to review from the hotel.

We stayed for two nights, in three top floor mountain view rooms. Family trip. Everyone enjoyed our stay at City Inn. Mountain view from the room was fabulous! Elevator service was good for elderly people. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Stayed twice, once in City / Lake view, once in Mountain view room. Views were great ( see pics from rooms) and the rooms have huge windows so bright and sunny. Cheery place to stay and reception staff friendly and fun.
