Hotel City Inn - Mountain View

The manager Mr Ram was very helpful, kindly and available to resolve any problems. He changed the refrigerator because didn't work. He gave me more towels and shampoo blister ( only one in the room ). Breakfast mainly savory.

The possibility of having some more dessert.

The view from the room is the best part of our stay and all the staffs are so accommodating specially manager, receptionist and those 2 boys who are serving breakfast. The bed is so comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel also one of the best things away from the crowded area(lake side) but 5m walkable distance.

If room service opens 24/7 would be great.

We loved the mountain view.We had a clear view of the Annapurna range. We also loved the room space. Bed was comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly. The service was good.

The World best manager Mr. Ram who have worked as a ABC guide for 15years He will arrange all what you want in pokhara We also finished the ABC trekking with his help And all staffs are very kind and friendly Especially the female staff " sandy" always smiles for us 😁😁😁

Great location and view from the room of the mountains was superb! Room was cozy with the heating on if needed. Staff have been wonderful and even before we arrived, Ram and his team were very helpful when we messaged them. We really enjoyed our stay

Breakfast buffet wasn’t great - personally we had breakfast outside. I think an al a carte menu would be better than a Buffet
