Perfect place to stay. It is really nice to self checking. Very fast to respond if you have any questions.

City centre location, good access to the city and a clean and stylish flat.

Nothing, we had a nice time. We did have to pay a deposit which I was anxious about at first but the was refunded immediately after check out.

Very homely clean vibe. Excellent communication with the owner, and booked so last minute. Everything sent over step by step which made entrance to the property very easy.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent booking at your property. At the time of booking, I paid £80 as required. However, it was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process that an additional £150 deposit would be required before receiving the keys. This information was only communicated to me after I arrived at the property. Unfortunately, this situation occurred during an emergency. My house had been affected by a fire, and I arrived at your property with my family at approximately 2:00 a.m., with no alternative accommodation available. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, I was refused the keys unless the additional deposit was paid. I raised concerns about the deposit, as it had not been disclosed in advance, and I was worried about the security of my payment. Instead of providing clarification or support, I was advised to “check the reviews” and was not offered any reasonable assistance. As a result, I was left without accommodation during a very distressing time. I believe this practice is unprofessional and misleading. If a deposit is required, it should be clearly stated before payment is taken, not introduced at the point of arrival—especially in emergency circumstances. Requesting undisclosed fees at the last moment creates distrust and places guests in an unfair position. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this property to others, particularly where transparency and guest safety are concerned. I liked everything! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave, we really enjoyed our stay!

A great location, a lovely clean and spacious apartment with big bath and very comfy bed. Will definitely be staying there again. Great communication too
