The apartment is beautiful and has an excellent location. It is well maintained and clean. The utilities are excellent. The beds are very comfortable with high-quality mattresses, pillows, and bed linens. The large central table is perfect for planning the day’s activities over breakfast or sharing stories from the day during dinner. There’s plenty of space to gather and enjoy great conversations.

Some of the bathroom and bedroom doors were a bit hard to close. The floor is polished concrete, so it tends to gather a little dust and can be tricky to clean. Still, those small details don’t take away from the cozy vibe, comfort, and great style of the place.

Location, Location, Location – our Old San Juan rental was perfectly located exactly in the middle of Old San Juan. With a 10-minute walk we could visit everywhere in Old San Juan although the roads are authentic cobblestone bricks and could be challenging. A super Max grocery and a pharmacy were in the next block. 100 feet away the town square is full of people watching opportunities. The second-floor apartment actual rooms included only one bedroom and two bathrooms – and a giant day room with table seating for about twelve. It is all airconditioned, the TV worked well, and it would sleep six. The pull-out couch was in the main room by the front windows – and these windows are on a very very busy street (Calle De San Francisco) resulting in late partiers and early rising workers traffic making quite a bit of disturbing noise. Taxi and tours all recognize the address for easy pickup and delivery.
