"A great location by the sea."

Such a great little set up. Loads of outdoor seating in the sun, the shade, directly overlooking the sea or the garden. A gas BBQ to complement the kitchenette in the apartment. I wish we'd been able to stay longer. Martín is a great host.

Only minor downside is the continual stream of aeroplanes from fairly early in the morning, but I'm sure if we'd been there a bit longer we'd have got used to them.

"A nice place, especially if you can get past being close to the flight path of departing flights."

Nice place and spaces to hang out and relax. A 20-25 minute walk into town. In a quiet area.

Noise from flights leaving the airport starting at 6AM and going all day.

This place really is a little piece of paradise. If you’re looking for an off the beaten track stay in Tenerife with your own little private beach and just 20 minutes walk from the lively and authentic town of El Médano this place is a gem

The location with the beautiful garden, the view of the ocean and the quietness. Very relaxing. The only but could be the flights that passes by. But that is how it is on an island. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Tenerife

"Superb"

Lovely little oasis right by the seafront. Perfect to listen to the sound of the ocean and to go for walks along the coast. The garden is beautiful with many nice corners to relax in.

The proximity to the airport means there are quite a lot of planes flying overhead from early till late (not during the night) - that took some getting used to (especially for light sleepers like us). The property description also did not make it very obvious that there are 2 holiday lets & other regular residents living on site, so to us it did not feel quite as private as we had imagined. But all in all we would definitely recommend a stay here.
