Heart of the city 1 bed flat Queenshouse

The kitchen was well equipped and it was quite roomy. Sofa bed was handy. Bed was comfortable. Dishwasher was a bonus. Close to amenities.

WiFi didn’t work so therefore TV doesn’t connect to network. Foyer and corridors are neglected with rubbish left out. The one lift that worked had no button for ground floor so not accessible friendly. Chairs in kitchen were very poor quality and wobbly, felt like they might collapse at any time. The whole flat could do with a bit of maintenance to bring it up to a reasonable standard.

The location of the property and the fact that it is close to city center

The property was very dirty and so unkept, the mattress was spiky and looked like it was picked, the beddings were itchy, all the pans looked burnt and rusty, the house was full of cobwebs it was really a disappointment and a bad experience. The host didn't really care even after we complained about the state of the house especially the bed and pans as we needed the pans to prepare our new year dinner. What the host didn't is replace the duvet cover and brought a set of pillows then took away all the rusty pans and promised to replace them the next day but he never showed up until we left the apartment.

The house it’s very nice and clean !

Spacious. Tv was a smart tv and lots of useful appliances

Draw was hanging off of the wardrobe when we arrived, the bathroom door handle was loose and did not actually function as a handle, when it came off we were charged £150. The chairs in the dining room were extremely un steady.
