Loved the books and board games. Great to have so many chargers.

Couldn't find a kettle, and the bedside lights didn't work (or we couldn’t work out how to switch them on), so could only read in the sitting room.

Absolutely wonderful, everything you need to hand, so clean, comfortable bed, beautiful period property with real thought put into the furnishings. We were sad to leave, but we will be back.

Décor, bathroom

Main room is cold, radiators don’t seem to work well. Seating for table uncomfortable. The worst is the kitchen: dishwasher, l added salt and rinse aid and saw how disgusting it was. Dishes and cutlery were dirty so l had to rewash before using. Road noise is intense from the main bedroom so my husband slept on the sofa.

Good and safe location. Nice mix of modern facilities and original features. Dog friendly. Town walkable, it’s on a main route, - did Parkrun nearby on the racecourse.

The lower level was a little cold - radiators either couldn’t heat the space or it just doesn’t have enough insulation. Main bedroom could be a little noisey with road traffic.

Very homely flat full of character. Walking distance from the city but frequent buses from right outside the building.. Great games & books provided along with everything else we needed.

Spacious. Ice cream maker available

Cold living room that never got up to temp. There is no microwave despite description. Rock hard bed and sofa.

Really easy to get to and from the city centre
