Lodge No 8 - St Andrews Lodge Park

Carpets were stained and the sofa in the lounge. We had to wash some dishes before using them not what I would have expected. Great location lodge needs a better clean

Only one small concern … an odour in the ensuite which we didn’t use for this reason

Nice modern caravan with balcony. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels all provided. Play park for children and the site is in a good location not too far from St Andrews and other villages

Shame there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods to actually use it. Difficult to know in advance to take your own. Tv difficult to use and electric fire also would’ve been handy on the rainy days but the remote seemed not to work properly (led display didn’t show any options). Even following the instruction manual we could not make this work. Minimal facilities on site and not much information. We saw other groups from neighbouring lodges get a minibus which seemed it may have been provided (maybe a shuttle to the main site?) but we found it difficult to find out about anything like this

Clean & comfortable. Good views.

No mattress protectors on single beds. Flat sheets slid off easily. Awful smell from the bathrooms on last day.

It has a nice view and was spacious

I never saw one single member of staff the whole time we were there other than a grass cutter on a machine
