Cadre très joli avec la présence de trois piscines. Chambre grande et confortable avec vue sur le lac. Merci à Raoul, le seul concierge qui a réellement essayé de rattraper la situation intolérable que nous avons vécue.

Si vous cherchez un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles, elles semblent surtout affichées sur les murs de l’établissement. Le service est tout simplement indigne de ce niveau. Le concierge (José) s’est montré incompétent, incapable de gérer la situation. Dans la chambre, la climatisation était excessivement bruyante (environ 70 décibels), rendant toute nuit de sommeil impossible. Malgré mes nombreuses démarches auprès du concierge puis de sa responsable, absolument rien n’a été fait. Plus de trois heures perdues pour au final aucune solution, ce qui est tout simplement inadmissible. Pour un hôtel prétendument 5 étoiles, le manque de professionnalisme et de considération envers les clients est choquant. Le restaurant est lui aussi très décevant, à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement.

Unser Aufenthalt im Grand Palladium in Mexiko war einfach rundum gelungen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne, weitläufige Anlage mit ihrer gepflegten Natur. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig – es gab wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Auch der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam,besonders unser Concierge Raul (danke nochmal) sodass wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
