Zona tranquilla, facile arrivarci. Piccolo appartamento accogliente e pulito.

Because we had not been able to know more about the location before arrival, we had to look around a couple of elevators to find the right key box. Breakfast was two bagged croissants. The kitchen lacked a few utensils and dishes. The sponge under the sink for dishes was sour. The beds were comfortable and the elevator worked well.

The host knew about the water restrictions, yet there was no extra water provided - even for brushing teeth etc. The host was very difficult to deal with when it came to location. We travel with things like CPAPs so we like to get as much advance information as possible to deal with extra luggage problems. None was forthcoming so we were not sure as to what we were dealing with when we showed up - or even exactly where to go!! This is the only facility that we never met or even saw the host - or rep!!

Room had a great kitchen. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, modern and clean. The location was easy to reach, with parking and nearby the ingress to the escalators to the old city. Bottled water, coffee and some sweets for breakfast were provided for free. Great value for money.

I missed some kitchen utensils (e.g. a scissor and a corkscrew)

Comfortable property. Helpful and easy contact with the owner. I recommend !

We liked the organisation and instructions for location and key pick up. Very convenient for station but up hill.

Only one mug and no kettle but coffee maker so ok
