La Casa al Mare

Location was great and the rooftop terrace was good to get a breeze. The rooms were generous size and there was a washing machine which was handy. The fans were good . We were also given 2 sets of keys which was excellent for 2 couples.

Only one air conditioner for the whole apartment made it very stuffy and hard to sleep .Problem with the dishwasher including broken glass and problem with the drainage of the shower near the kitchen. Problem with the shower in ensuite which they knew about. There were no lights to read at night in the bedroom with the bunks. A bigger coffee machine would have been good.

Tylko jedna klimatyzacja na duży obiekt.

Great location! It had everything we needed. Very spacious.

The place has a great location, just one minute walk and you are in the buzzing center of the old town with lots of nice restaurants and bars. 5 minutes from the beach and 18 minutes on foot from the central railway station. And at the same time it is very quiet. We liked that it was spacious and can accomodate easily a lot of people, up yo 6-7. It has a rooftop view facing the port and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The host Pierfrancesco was very helpful and Angela was very quick and polite when we needed her help. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Monopoli.

Great location, apartment was clean and has all the necessary amenities for a large family. The decoration was unique and tasteful.

We could not get the oven to work to warm up some pizza. I would invest in a microwave.
