"Superb"

The apartment is very bright, comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfy, even the folding one! Location is next to busy road but windows were perfect and completely reduced the noise.

We had a problem with the door knob when we came but host handled this situation instantly.

"Not a pleasant experience and not recommended"

Property was modern and clean.

Many - To start with their online checkin, which almost like a visa application process. I was also not comfortable sharing my personal documents with third party. If I had know this procedure earlier, I wouldn’t have booked this. Mismanagement- They gave an incorrect code and I had to call multiple times to get the right code. 2) No proper arrangements- I booked the room for 3 and there were only 2 beds, we had to adjust with that. 3) Not solution oriented staff. All in all it’s not a pleasant experience and not recommended.
