Les indications pour trouver le logement, l’accès, la boîte à clefs, tout était vraiment très clair. Sur place la machine à laver est appréciable surtout après déjà une semaine de voyage. À notre arrivée, le robinet de la cuisine était cassé, l’hôte a été très réactif en proposant de venir le réparer le lendemain. L’emplacement est très bien; assez proche de la vielle ville de Bergame, mais ça grimpe, il faut prévoir de bonnes chaussures. Enfin, un petit resto tout proche et très bons pour ne pas cuisiner le soir.

La propreté du logement est correct, les draps propres, mais il ne faut pas être très regardant aux joins de la salle de bain, ni les traces de salissures dans la cuisine et salle de bain. La climatisation était très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eu, par contre il s’agit d’une clim mobile qui faisait beaucoup de bruit donc nous l’avons éteinte pour la nuit pour pouvoir dormir. La chambre est sur la mezzanine sous le toit, et comme la chaleur monte, il faisait très très très chaud. Le froid de la clim n’arrivait pas en haut, et le ventilateur permettait juste de brasser l’air chaud. Nous avons eu chaud la nuit.

Huoneistossa ei ollut ilmastointia. Huoneisto oli siitä syystä tukalan kuuma. Tuuletin ei vastaa ilmastointia. Koristetekstiilit olivat likaiset.

To bardzo ładne mieszkanie, fajny punkt blisko zabytków jeżeli chcesz zwiedzać stare miasto.

Bardzo nie podobało mi się że mieszkanie jest opisywane jako klimatyzowane kiedy w rzeczywistości jest tylko maleńki klimatyzatorek który dodatkowo był zepsuty i jedyne co robił to hałasował. 29 stopni w pokoju uniemożliwia spanie. Dodatkowo właściciel poinformował mnie że muszę jeszcze zapłacić podatek mimo że na booking cena apartamentu była zaznaczona jako całkowita. Zapłaciłem więcej za udogodnienia których nie było, co więcej obciążono mnie dodatkowo. Nie wrócę do tego miejsca i nie polecam.

Wonderful place! The host went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. We will definitely be returning here!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are in Bergamo. Easy walking distance to pretty much everything. There's a supermarket right around the corner and it's just a short walk up to the Citta Alta. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need in it. The hosts were very responsive and great at communicating everything to us.

That we didn't stay longer!!
