Kampot Camping - Eco-Camp

It was quite interesting to stay in bamboo hut in the middle of the field surrounded with nature. The mattress was comfortable and had under-bed locker for your backpack. Attentive owner. Helped with my laundry.

The ambiental music was playing outside the whole night. Only mid cold water in the showers.

Nice stay in a beautiful place with lovely staff, I recommend

The sense of being a bit more in nature and less noisy than in town. The tent was clean and neat with a good sized bathroom and hot water. The canopy over the tent was good. The ceiling fan outside and two fans in the tent helped a lot. The little fridge was great to keep things cool.

The road is not the best and I had to dodge rocks with the motorcycle. During the rainy season it might be worse. The entrance road to the campsite passes right by a big smelly trash site. The place didn't look as neat as in the pictures. It seems a bit rundown and not maintained well. The natural pool was not usable, no fresh water inflow. The entrance for the bathroom is not private; faces directly to the road and other campsites, the toilet seat and faucet were already coming loose. The location of this bungalow is right below (downhill ) from the owner's house. So it's not very private nor quiet with people, dogs, chickens and cats passing by regularly. There was no sofa included as in the description, but there were two chairs, a table and a hammock. The garden view of the property is not that great, it looks like a bunch of big holes were excavated for small ponds, but not neatly worked off to look natural.

Quiet place, nice people, really clean

The personal was kind.

The place was absolutly different from the pictures. We booked one tent and a bungalo. The tent had no matress and if you are higher than 1.70m you dont fit in it. I couldn't even sit down properly. The bungalo was also small and hot as well. There was no water as in the pictures, all dry, and rubish around the area of the camping. We left one night earlier, we told them the reasons and the didnt give as 1 cent of the price.

The people how worked there where friendly when you came up to them but you always had to do the first move to be friendly. No hallo ore anything from them. There is no cheep food ore vegetarian/vegan
