When we first arrived, the place smelled of weed. Both me and my son don’t smoke so we had to leave the window open whilst we visited family. The downstairs toilet seat was broken and there was a constant noise coming from the fan in the downstairs toilet. There was very little cupboard space in the bedrooms so we left our luggage in the suitcases.

The host was brilliant and the communication was great. The house is as described, nice and clean and it had everything that we needed. The location was ideal for where we needed to get to (the football ground) however the area itself didn't seem the most appealing of places in Preston. As I say, we didn't have any issues at all and can't pick any faults with the host or the property.

Nothing to do with the house, just the area where it is based doesn't seem the nicest of places.

Location within quiet neighbourhood and not too far from retail park in terms of driving distance. Place looks new with well thought through design. Well-equipped open kitchen. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay for the family.

This is an amazing place to stay, we had a lovely and very relaxing weekend. You really have thought of everything in the design of the house. Location is nice and very clean, we found everything we need in the house, well equipment and good location. We thank you for our stay.

The common door with the neighbor was a little bit strange even if is locked, and the house rules send it to us were very strict - to pay if towels are not stain free and be quiet after 10pm as a result of the past complains

Easy to find, comfortable beds.

Poorly equipped kitchen, not enough glasses, bowls or cutlery for 4, some covered in food so all had to be washed before use. Watered down washing up liquid and no tea towels. No cooking equipment at all apart from two pans. Next door attached neighbours have a baby and multiple young children so you won’t get a solid sleep or a lie in. Bedroom windows don’t shut. An excessive, probably toxic use of air fresheners and owners standing outside smoking watching us leave.
