L'emplacement, le parking malgré qu'il soit un peu cher

Manque d'équipements dans la cuisine (un micro-ondes serait le bienvenu, des bols pour le déjeuner, et un nécessaire de nettoyage (éponge, torchon....)

Superbe vu sur la mer emplacement entre centre ville et mer pas besoin utiliser sa voiture en permanence literie confortable avec couette extra moelleuse

L hôtel aurais besoin d un rafraîchissement lits simples pour une chambre double malgré message aucune reponse de l hôtel ne pa⁸s.prendre cette hôtel si aime.le.calme trop de groupe beaucoup de bruit jours et nuits insonorisation à revoir petit déjeuner très simple pour un buffet pas beaucoup de choix pas de piscine possible en travaux ou en remise en route malgré qu on soit fin avril et qu il fasse 27 degrés très déçu de cette hôtel pour le prix

"Profondément déçus"

L'emplacement et l'amabilité de l'accueil.

Bonjour, nous avons été très déçus au global. Certainement l'emplacement appart 102 y contribue : bruyant en continue en intérieur et extérieur. 1 aspirateur professionnel a 8h05 qui doit s'entendre dans tout l'hôtel, un double vitrage inexistant puisqu'on entend la rue, les vitres et la terrasse sales. Nous ne sommes pas des gens exigeants habituellement mais là les nuisances ont dépassé notre seuil de tolérance. Au check out on ne nous a pas demandé comment c'était passé notre séjour..🫠 voilà pourquoi mon mail d'hier et cette évaluation. Je vous laisse le soin d'étudier un remboursement de ce séjour raté, meme partiel. Nous comptons sur la qualité de votre service clientèle 😉. Bien cordialement Chantal Fuento

L emplacement le standing du bâtiment, le personnel sympathique.

Chambre un peu vieillotte, petit déjeuner bruyant et nombreux. 200 chambres.
