Nothing...after driving 3 hrs to Dallas I got a message telling me my reservation was canceled due to an outage 30 min before check in time. They wouldn't respond to messages or answer phone calls. Never again

The location was where I needed to be
These people took the money, never sent the checkin info. Refused to respond my messages, never answered the phone, lied to booking and told them they were communicating with me when they never once talked to me. Then at midnight told them I was a no show

To be in that area, it was pretty quiet. Apartments very easy access.
Their communication is kinda slow.I also charged me an extra forty dollars via zelle to check in an hour early. Bring your own towels as well.
