suka sbb ada machine yg boleh check in check out. Byar depo dkt situ je. Aaaa best!!!! Bilik hotel pun dkt bawah!! Dkt sgt dgn pintu nk kluar.

Cuma yg tak ok, tmpt utk masak air dlm bilik tu kotor sgt smpai berkulat. Saya dh bersihkan 🥰

Simple check in.

Several things disappoint me. (1) Failure to mention how time-consuming the parking process is (worse than other apps). Hotels can warn guests with a simple message after booking is made. (2) Incorrect Google map location tag; it directs guests to the back door of the hotel which is locked after certain hours. (3) WRONG ROOM WAS ASSIGNED. Booked a room with some space and cabinet and some minor facilities, but the room was small, had no cabinet and some minor facilities was actually communal. The size of the bathroom was also smaller than in the picture. (4) I could have dealt with the smaller room if i was warned earlier because i dont have families with me, but then i double-checked and i was still charged RM200+. That was definitely not worth the cost. All in all, the stay wasn't as i hoped it to be.
