The service and accommodation were more than big enough.

Good location, plenty of parking outside, beds comfy enough.

Tea towel dirty Top of dining table not screwed on We had 11 guests and was only provided - 4 toilet rolls for 2 nights (average says 8-12) Luckily bought extra of our own after reading reviews Advised to use purple bin - this was full on arrival No bin in bathrooms

Beds were made nicely and clean kitchen

I didn’t like the lack of communication when refusing to give me the deposit back , on understanding we didn’t damage the property , money was still taken off of me

Amount of bedrooms, pet friendly.

There were so many things wrong from the moment we arrived. The front door glass was smashed and didn’t fit the frame, you had to use so much force to open and close it. The kitchen/living room/sitting room was a tiny space with a broken blind, we couldn’t open/close it for privacy, how you would fit up to 13 people in there I have no clue. There were only a few cups/glasses anyway so again not sure how a large group is supposed to eat at once if able to use the crockery ( was stuck to the inside of the cupboard 🤢) There was sand? All over the floor and peanuts which our dog found, luckily our family member with the nut allergy carries an epi pen and it isn’t an airborne allergy. Couldn’t use the kitchen at all as it was filthy, the bedding all had weird yellow stains on. The bathrooms were rank, there were black hairs and soap stains everywhere the middle floor toilet had what I am hoping was coffee grounds poured in it? The fire door can take your fingers if you aren’t careful it slams, considering it’s over 4 floors ( not accessible friendly in the slightest just as an FYI) there weren’t any extinguishers out either? I contacted the staff immediately about my concerns, they offered to send the cleaning staff round, I said that’s fine so long as they can work around us, no one came. I looked for something else to stay ( we had 2 dogs with us) but couldn’t so we were stuck. Still waiting on someone to have some sort of resolution to my complaint but now being totally ignored. The pictures are certainly not a true representation of how the property looks currently. I would definitely not stay here ever again.

Good amount of space - lots of beds. Martyn sent lots of messages to check we were comfortable. Plenty of parking outside the property.

Needs a bit more TLC

Super clean, well located house. Easy to find, free street parking, decent sized bedrooms and living space. We felt safe and had a great time. Very clean comfortable beds and loads of natural light.

We'd have liked bins in the bathroom but this is a minor issue. The fire door leading to the first floor closes very sharply, if you have kids you'll need to warn them to take care to watch their hands. Again, not a problem per se, just something to note.

Spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms were good sizes, heating was hot and the shower was powerful. Each room came with a smart tv which was a huge bonus and check in/out was very simple.

Honestly nothing bad to say, was perfect for our stay.

The location was ideal and parking was easy. Good size rooms. Easy check in and out.

The downstairs shower was is difficult to stand in for anyone over 5ft 7
