Location was good caravan was clean

Had to call reception as the boiler went off they came within the hour and sorted it out

That had to chase up for the key pad number. This should have been provided early as I had a 2 hour drive and know the internet would be useless. Also the key safe was hard to open. The number provided was not answering and keep say not in use making me wonder if it was a real booking. Bookings.com didn’t answer my questions and found it very hard to find a telephone number for them . All added stress for what should have been a relaxing break. Had problem with boiler which had the number provided been in proper use would have been sorted as soon as I got there not 4 hours later when they finally read messages .
