I’ve stayed here before. The location is proper, clean n a nice pool.

The room I stayed in this time around was not up to the standard I know they’re up in the other rooms. 1. Provide very old towels. The towels white color was offish and they were torn. 2. The bathroom was very small and didn’t have facilities to hang towels nor put things like toothbrushes. 3. For a room big like that, the bedroom was cramped up. Not spacious at all 4. General layout and the feng shui is crappy. Use of space is terrible. Basically you can’t relax in that room. 5. Parking lot was not enough. We had to park behind other visitors’ cars. Which meant if they wanted to leave before us we were gonna be forced to leave the room and accommodate thier need. I was generally disappointed by this new room. It was not worth the price.

We had a very nice stay, staff very friendly and attentive

The fact that our room had shower and a bath,my wife was very pleased

We did not have breakfast in Upington

Everything were to our liking

Everything was on the spot for me and done correctly.

When I wanted to shower in my room the hot water was not hot but luke warm. This is my second stay at this premises and my third is coming up later in the year, I can live with lukewarm warm water.
