Waiting time for every thing is long. The restaurant is bit costly, should provide cost effective food options like Thali etc.

USThe private room is very big, with a seating area and table on the side. The staff is helpful, and daily simple breakfast is provided.
INThe place although looks fine with basic necessities provided for, however what defeats the place is the ownership... Vib O stays, Jugglers Hostel and The Voyage Hostels. 'All are owned by the same owners' - the list could be more... Hence they have the audacity to disrespect the Guests and dont shy away from announcing hidden charges out of sudden and therefore transparency is a big problem. For example, after you have booked them thinking that they are cheap.। the deception later could hit you on your face by saying there are additional charges for x,y,z.. Such is using the common space, or sitting at the cafe @200 per hour. If you protest, they will try and intimidate you instead of treating you as a Guest/Customer who has no rights whatsoever!! Therefore whoever is choosing these properties, make sure to ask yourselves if you want to promote such monopolistic, cunning businesses or rather stay in transparent Hostel Chains where they provide you all facilities within the price posted on booking platforms. I have made sure to register a complaint to the Consumer Court and also reached out to my IAS friends to further look into such tendencies wherein we are made to feel intimidated by such people who have no idea of Hospitality and Customer rights and the refuse to even educate you of the so called policies they set, has been under which law of the land!! I have been in the Hospitality industry for over 15 years being from Ladakh! We never treat our customers or look at them as Money Vending machines and above all we make sure everything is transparent from the get go, when you choose to stay with us and there would be no after shocks! Hence I urge fellow travelers to make their decisions carefully, and put a check on such tendencies, that breeds or Greed!! After all we must be aware of rights as Consumers and above all as Citizens of the world we should question Business Ethics.. And not let any business bypass the Ethics of Business..
