THE FACT THAT THEIR IS NO STAIRS

I had to collect the keys from a place on a busy main road.I didnt get parking in the main parking and I had to park next door.The garage allocated was too small for my car.I had to park close to wall so that I dont block someone else so I had to use the passenger door to get in and out of the car.My wife suffers from arthiritis and the stairs were killing her.There is no lifts for the frail.

Well appointed, modern and comfortable with fantastic views of and access to the beach!

The main bed could be a bit bigger (only a double), and unfortunately the unit below was being renovated which was noisy.

Location was perfect, the unit is lovely and will definitely be coming back.

It would be very nice to have a grocery cupboard as there isn't anywhere to store anything- there are two things that are a problem and one is the parking- the garages are very small and very difficult to access- it is no good for normal size to bigger vehicles so a lot of the tenant park in the general parking which is a problem as there are no designated parking bays and there is very little road parking , The other thing are the stairs to all of the units- there a lot and are very narrow- it should be noted that the access to the unit is not ideal for the elderly or those with walking difficulties as there is no elevator.

Location

Something that the cleaners are using to clean the apartment gave me an asthma attack and I had to go to hospital due to not being able to breath, it’s either amino or some other cleaning product, severe allergic reaction

Loved the clean lines and the beautiful open space - the sounds of the ocean was the best at night and the swimming beach on the door step

The place was clean and so well maintained with the most breathtaking views.

The view was lovely.

The rooms were a bit on the small side but adequate.
