Breakfast is basic but good. I'm aware that it was off season for this location. It was very quiet the days i was there. Sauna and swimmingpool ive used one time and that was good. Room was nice and clean. People at the reception were very helpfull when needed.

Das hotel hatte einen sehr schönen spa bereich.es ist schön sauber und das personal ist sehr freundlich.. das frühstück war reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Und die lage ist auch gut., ich würde das hotel jederzeit wider buchen

Die Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Yusuf und Buket. Die Lage ist nicht zentral aber gleich neben dem Hotel sind Büsse und ca.in 15 Minuten waren wir im Stadtcentrum. Und die Putzfeen waren sehr freundlich und haben ihren Job sehr ernst genommen. Frühstück war offene Buffet und sehr lecker 😋.

Das einzige was mir wirklich nicht gefallen hat und mich auch teilweise ärgerlich gemacht hat war mittags- und Abendbuffe. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und die ganzen 5 Tage lang haben wir den gleichen Menü in einem Stück Papier ausgedruckt in die Hand bekommen. Jeder Menü war mit Hähnchen und nur eine Menü mit Köfte. Fisch oder Rindfleisch gabs nicht. Ich kann kein Hähnchen mehr sehen. Hätte ich es gewusst würde ich es nicht für Vollpension buchen und lieber draußen essen gehen.

Oteli internet üzerinde gördüğüm olumlu yorumlar üzerine seçtim. Gerçekten yorumların hakkını veren bir tesis. Merkeze çok yakın ve otele ulaşım çok kolay aracı olmayanlar bile tek vesait ile kolayca ulaşım sağlayabilir. Girişten çıkışa kadar tüm personelin güler yüzü ve ilgisi ile konaklama yapıyorsunuz. En çok temizlik ile ilgili olumlu yorum görmüştüm gerçekten de odamdan tutun tüm alanlar pırıl pırıldı benim gibi bir titiz birinden tam puan aldı. Spa alanında ki ısıtmalı havuzu, hamamı, saunası ve tuz odası çok kullanışlı ve çok hijyenik. Yalova’ya her yolum düştüğümde konaklayıp dinlenebileceğim bir tesis. Herkesin mutlaka denemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Zaten bir kere bu muhteşem hizmet ve kaliteye alışınca sürekli gelmek isteyeceksiniz.
