GBIt was a great apartment with a well stocked kitchen. The owners had thought about everything and it had dog bowls and beds supplied , a travel cot for the baby . In the kitchen there were jars of sweets and doggie snacks and we were left a bottle of fizz . There is a lovely veranda with seats to enjoy looking over at a great view .
The garden could do with an overhaul to make it more of an attractive place to sit out . The apartment is at the top of a very steep hill so not really suitable for people with disabilities but there was a driveway for a car .
GBVery comfortable house - well equipped and within easy walk to Bowness Village although a slightly steep walk back up to the house.
Inside of accommodation much nicer than external building suggested it would be.

Not Having access to a hoover/brush/mop would have been good, we stayed for 3 nights & would have liked to be able to clear up better
GBThe inside was really nice and very comfortable, the facilities were great and was like going from home to home.
The outside of the property is a bit dated and run down, but the inside did make up for this.
GBExcellent spacious very clean had everything you needed views amazing complementary wine and champagne was a real nice touch, will definitely be back again and will highly recommend 👌 10/10

GBThe property is great, lots of little extras. Very clean, we arrived early and phoned the host to see if we could put our food in the fridge before we walked into Bowness, he was great and also told me some great places to eat.
Bowness is only a short walk but the walk isn’t for the faint hearted as it’s quite a steep hill.
GBwhere do I start. beautiful accommodation. amazing to walk in and find a jar full of treats for my dog. such a nice welcome for us. the place is nipping clean and had everything we needed. Great location. great instructions from the owner. As Sunderland fans it was a massive help we had access to sky sports as the pubs were too busy for my shy labrador. so we ordered the best curry we've ever had from mela down the road and had a night in. perfect

GBExcellent flat, very well equipped, very comfortable and homey. Nice little garden and very nice balcony views. Highly recommended especially for a family. Parking place available, very close to some hood hikes.
There aren't really any lake views. The trees are too tall, and leafy. Perhaps when it is autumn and the leaves have fallen.
