A little noisy at night.

excellent location, the owner is very friendly, the owner of the hotel has a nearby restaurant and parking for visiting the castle, all in one place. When leaving, he should give me a drink for the journey

The owner really tries to accommodate.

There are no clean bed sheets, however the owner accommodated and had bought some new sheets and pillow cover but it seems like they have never done so before. Unfortunately, the owners did not understand that a bed needs a duvet cover as well. The room is a little smelly but initially smelt good because of the febreeze.

Excelent! Great location, beside the Castle, the staff was amazing! Very caring and nice people. The apartment was totally new and the beds super comfy. They offered us a delicious coffeee and free parking for 24 hours.

Great hotel with super kind and welcoming hosts in a fantastic location less than 5 minutes walking to the castle! Our rooms were very comfortable with cozy bedding and everything we needed for a good night’s sleep. The owners were so nice and made us feel right at home, and their restaurant across the street was very tasty and reasonably priced (though they were not at all pushy about us eating there). The free parking lot (follow all the signs in town to the Karak Castle parking lot) was a really nice feature since there is very little street parking in town and a lot of parking scams. Just go straight to their parking lot and say you’re staying at the hostel and you can avoid all the parking drama :).

The hotel is great. Everything is new, very clean and there is even a small kitchen one can use. The bed is comfortable and the location is perfect to visit Karak Castle. Also the staff was very nice and welcoming. I would defenitely recommend this place or come back myself.

I would suggest to put a small pot into the kitchen, for cooking a simple meal or breakfast if someone wants to do so. We did not really like the restaurant which belongs to the hotel. The price was too high for what we got. The fresh juices were tasty though.

it’s closest to the KaraK Castle . And , the hospitality is commendable. They provide us with unlimited water . Also , their KaraK Tea , really soothing.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful, the location is just one minute away from the castle. The rooms were clean and also supplied well (even with extra blankets and free water).

We were staying during Ramadan on Friday evening so it was very noisy on the night from the street. The shared bathroom was clean but other guests keep throwing paper in the toilet (maybe a sign could help?). Also nobody was there for checkout in the morning.

True Arabic hospitality. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. There was a big parking next to the hostel which is included when you book with them.

Wifi in the room is unstable, in the restaurant it’s very good.
