La posizione dell' Hotel è strategica e ben servita da mezzi pubblici e metro consentendo di arrivare in centro molto velocemente lasciando l' auto nel comodo parcheggio coperto...tutto lo staff è molto professionale e cordiale...il cliente è al centro dell' attenzione e la disponibilità è sempre stata totale...un particolare ringraziamento, di cuore, a Laura che con grande attenzione e rapidità e ' riuscita a trovare una splendida soluzione in relazione a un disguido sopravvenuto durante il soggiorno... In camera era caldissimo, senza possibilità di accendere l'aria condizionata, nei corridoi non si respirava, stiamo parlando di 27/28 gradi ... Per la colazione non c'era possibilità di sedersi, ho bevuto un caffè in piedi vicino alla macchinetta automatica e cercato di mangiare un pezzo di dolce con il piatto in mano. Peccato ...
