ESTodo estupendo! Muy grande, espacioso y limpio . Cuenta con todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje para pasar unos días. Nosotros estuvimos 5 noches y ninguna pega. Tener el parking tan cerca es muy positivo.

DKThe apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The air conditioning with a heating option was great, especially on a colder evening. Check-in and check-out were easy, and communication with the hosts was smooth. We also really appreciated the free parking and the quiet neighbourhood close to the beach.
It’s a bit far from the city centre, although the beach walk and nearby bus options help. Some basic items (salt, pepper, a bit more toilet paper, etc.) would make the stay even more comfortable - these are inexpensive but inconvenient to buy on holiday when you only need a small amount. The apartment is also on the ground floor next to the shared laundry room, and other tenants used the washing machine during the night, which could be an issue for light sleepers. This isn’t the owners’ fault, but good for future guests to be aware of.
DEVoll ausgestattete Wohnung die, bis auf die Küche, komplett sarniert wurde. Es war alles vorhanden für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist perfekt. Direkt vor dem Komplex fährt derBus in die Innenstadt ab. Zum Verständnis für eventuelle Interessenten: Es gibt eine Parkgarage am Haus, die keinen direkten Zugang zum Haus hat, aber nur über die Straße ist, in Sichtweite. Alles ist rollstuhlgerecht, auch im Haus. Die Zufahrt zur Garage ist Ecke Calle Goya und Calle Sorolla. Die Stellplatznummer wird per Whatsapp mitgeteilt. Zugang zur Garage bekommt man über einen Token, der in der Wohnung liegt. Um Zugang zur Wohnung und zum Haus zu bekommen, lädt man sich am besten die Baintex App herunter, meldet sich mit einer eMail Adresse an und geht auf den Link, den man von der Firma zugeschickt bekommt. Am Anreisetag erscheinen dann in der App die entsprechenden Button für das Öffnen der Wohnung und die Haustür. Ein par Tage vor Anreise haben wir von den Vermietern mitgeteilt bekommen, dass wir nicht auf irgendwelche Whatsapps reagieren sollen. Genau zu diesem Zeitpunkt kamen einige Nachrichten, die uns veranlassen wollten auf Links zu klicken und den Aufenthalt zu stornieren. Besser nur über Booking kommunizieren.
Leider ist die Wohnungstür massiv aus Holz. Darum gibt es dort nur einen schlechten Schallschutz und vor der Tür haben die Hausmeister ihren Raum, den sie morgens ausgiebig für Pallaver und rauchen nutzen. Das Haus ist insgesamt nicht sehr schallgeschützt gebaut, aber damit muss man in Spanien wohl leben, ansonsten kann man ja auch zuhause bleiben.

ESLa cama y las almohadas son espectaculares y hacer mención importante a la gran TV de ultima generación,las fotos no hacen justicia a como es el apartamento realmente para bien está nuevo completamente,ningún problema con insectos ya que todos las ventanas tienen mosquiteras, no le falta nada. Era un poco reacio a entrar mediante el telefono móvil pero realmente es bastante cómodo. Todo está cuidado como se debe y la verdad es el mejor apartamento que he estado en Cádiz capital, los trabajadores de la empresa atentos a todo y eficaces muy contento con nuestra estancia en el.

ESEl apartamento es estupendo, no le falta detalle, limpio, muy muy espacioso, buena situación para coger el bus e ir al centro, la playa a 5 minutos andando, playa de muy buena calidad, la comodidad del parking ya que en la zona se aparca con dificultad. Las camas grandes y muy cómodas, la tv grande y la cocina muy cómoda, por poner un pero se echa en falta una mesa pequeña en la cocina para poder desayunar o comer sin necesidad de tener que ir al salón con la comida.
Que no tuviese mesa en la cocina y que la ropa seca mal al no tener zona de exterior para tender.
