Beautiful landscaping around a central pool. Awesome staff.

Very restful and relaxing for our first night in Bali. The welcome foot massages by Nova and Artini were really lovely! Our breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. The pool was very serene and pretty and a good depth of 1.5m! We were able to be picked up from the airport which was very appreciated. Thank you! The Clarkson family

Location but hard to walk in and out, but free shuttle makes easy

The rooms were very nice the most of the staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast was included for our stay and there was a menu that you ordered from every day which was quite nice.

The hotel is right on the main road and opposite the hospital so you can hear the traffic and night and it is very hard to sleep. In the photos it also shows the rooms to be next to the pool but some of them are not and are on the main path through the hotel. Due to this we didn't actually use the pool as it was very awkward when it felt like you were going to be swimming in people's rooms.

Opholdet starter med, at der er et stort dyr ude på toilettet. Derefter sætter vi os i sengen -og imens falder der noget ned i sengen, som viser sig at være lort. Der kravler et halvstort dyr rundt i loftet, som gentagne gange skider ned i sengen. Personalet lykkedes ikke med at fange den.. men børster istedet lorten ned fra sengen. De tilbyder os et andet værelse (mindre end vi har betalt for) og ønsker ikke at refundere vores ophold. Vi betalte selv for et nyt ophold et andet sted - så vi har som sådan ikke boet der mere end 2-3 timer.

The room was good in size for 3 people

The bathroom had no ventilation and the towald were grey - looking worn.
