Great, central location. Easy to follow instructions to check in and check out. Spacious and comfortable room. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Porto.

Found the room to be a bit dusty over the bed head, as well as the dining table. Bathroom designed poorly - door must be shut to use the sink.

Der Fahrstuhl im Haus funktioniert nicht, Koffer müssen in den 3. Stock getragen werden. Die Wohnung hat direkt am Fenster eine Dauerbaustelle, dies wurde nicht benannt. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, die Größe wie in der Beschreibung stimmt nicht. Keinerlei Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber möglich. Der Gastgeber reagiert nicht auf Anfragen. Für 2 bis 3 Nächte ok, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

O apartamento estava limpo e brm decorado. A cama oferecia o conforto que precisávamos ao fim de um dia a caminhar pelas ruas da cidade! Apesar do apartamento estar bem no coração da cidade era silencioso.Tudo funcionava bem.

Très bien placé.. idéal pour visiter Porto à pied Bonne literie et la climatisation sont un plus

The central location, it was comfortable

The bathroom needs refurbishing as there was black mold around the shower cubicle . The lift up the flat wasn’t working so there’s a lots of stairs to climb.

Staff was very helpful and their office was very close to the apartment. On the check-in process they made everything so that we can have a pleasant stay. The apartment is in a very good location, walking distance, close to everything, from shopping to Porto landmarks. Also very quiet if you keep the windows closed.

The entrance is a bit hard to find, and the window view is nothing to remember.

Wi-Fi broken, no washing machine (included in reservation), no conversation after check-in. I talked about the modifications and contacted them but they didn't answer.
