White & Gold Suite Verona

Perfect location in between Piazza delle Erbe and Porta Borsari, close to anything you could need. Lively but safe area. Restaurants, bars, pasticcerie, shopping, things to see all in vicinity. The apartment is in an old building and is modern and superbly decorated for whever loves a bit more eclectic style, was one of the most interesting and beautiful locations I stayed in in a city! A jewel! Owner is a very nice and helpful lady, communication was great!

All was absolutely fine and value for money!

Great location in the historical district. Nice restaurants, shopping, sites all close by. Spacious apartment and host provided snacks, water, juice, coffee, all a nice touch.

Wonderful guest house in the stunning city of Verona. So clean and comfortable and in a perfect location, so close to Piazza Delle Erbe in one of the most vibrant parts of the historic centre. Fabulous restaurants and shops in the immediate street. Barbara, the host, was terrific, providing great instructions for checking in and keeping in touch. The communal kitchen was great with the tea, coffee, biscuits, sweets and bottles of water much appreciated.

The room was huge, immaculately clean, and centrally located to the "tourist area" as well as several restaurants and many shops. This definitely the area that most tourists want to be in. The owner was not directly onsite but she had sent videos to me via WhatsApp on how to get my keys and enter the property. This made everything very easy. She was also very quick in replying any and all questions that I had including questions not directly about the property about trains and transport. Coffee was available as well as some bottles of water and snacks. I couldn't have been happier there and wish I could have stayed longer.

I am listing this on all my hotel reviews for Italy...the beds there are not super plush beds like you may find in other parts off the world and I found that the pillows are generally little flat pancakes. I assume this is a cultural thing vs. what I am used to so it isn't necessarily a "what didn't I like" complaint as much as a "set your expectations about Italian beds and pillows" comment if you are used to a big fluffy bed and pillow topped mattress. ha ha ha
