La vicinanza al centro. Il parcheggio sulle strisce blu ( se non si trova su quelle bianche) è comunque economico: 5€ per tutto il giorno.

Non poter regolare personalmente il condizionamento in stanza e non avere avuto il piacere di conoscere personalmente chi la gestisce comunque molto disponibile ma rapporto e indicazioni telefoniche.

Il portone d’ingresso con la facciata del palazzo, sono molto dismessi ma l’interno della struttura supera le aspettative.

è molto pulito, il/la proprietario/a disponibili, almeno via messaggio (il chek in è tutto automatico quindi non incontri nessuno all'arrivo), camera ampia in pieno centro, bagno e doccia ampi. Signora che abbiamo incontrato la mattina che è una collaboratrice molto carina e disponibile.

Mi sento di segnalare solo un punto: l'aria condizionata funziona solo da remoto (l'accende il/la proprietario/a a richiesta), infatti durante la notte avevamo caldo e non abbiamo potuto accenderla, penso che dovrebbe essere un qualcosa gestito dall'utilizzatore.
