Great size and wonderfully equipped kitchen!

Small ant problem in the bathroom. However the staff acknowledged it and said they would fix it. I think that’s very positive!

The location is perfect. It was clean and tidy.

There is no window to open.

Good walkable quiet location.

Booked for a month while studying. Bed is on the smaller side and a basic memory foam mattress (Not overly comfortable). Pillows were soo terrible and non existent I ended up buying my own. Wardrobe had no coat hangers nor did the space offer anywhere else to unpack. Again, brought my own as the host was unresponsive initially. Has washing machine however no options for drying clothes. (A clothes airer was delivered in week two) Apartment was clean however many spots were overlooked and still required attention even after multiple housekeeping visits. Although not overly important basic items like extra trash bags, laundry detergent and salt and pepper would have been greatly appreciated. Spent the extra money in an effort to be able to relax and focus on the studying however was constantly left with additional inconveniences. I could continue to list additional issues however will offer some benefit of the doubt that they were out of the control of the host.

Stayed for one night whilst travelling for business. A very secure building with great surrounding area. easy to get about in the city from the apartment. Would recommend and glad I’ve found somewhere I can come back to if/when I visit Southampton again

Perfect city break away. Great location and wonderfully clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was extremely communicative and proactive. I had all of the information I needed before check in and Kate and her team were very quick to provide additional information about the local area. The apartment was new and modern and I would definitely stay here again!!

Nice, spacious and clean. Adequate /good furniture. Shower/toilet clean and fine.

As stated in other reviews. The fact you cannot open any windows can make it feel cramped. The provided fans in livingroom and bedroom do help somewhat. But would recommend they find a permanent solution for this quickly. The elevator is indeed very, very slow, but that teaches you to be patient and relax if you're on holiday.

Location was good and price was a big factor in booking

The Lift is possibly the slowest lift I’ve ever been in. The real issue was just how uncontrollably hot it was. Whilst there are fans provided, all they do is circulate the warm air around, there’s no window to open, no air conditioning.

The only drawback about the property was that the windows didn't open.
