duidelijke instructies om de deur te openen. Ruim van tevoren ontvangen (en met duidelijke instructie via een filmpje). Slaapkamers aan de achterkant. Wat heel fijn is omdat de voorzijde aan het het straatje zelf erg druk is (met barretjes en cafeetjes en iedereen gezellig op straat zit te drinken).
