At first it’s confusing to find the building. Also maybe we didn’t read it through, but for our room there was no private bathroom. It is a shared one.

the room are paper thin wall. if it’s just one night don’t expect to get some rest. it’s very noisy and you can hear everything from the neighbours. no washing music and dirty toilet

FRNear the piazza Colombo where it's easy to find a parking place as long as you pay through the terminal on the street. Not in the LTZ of Genova so there is no need to worry about the fine. Easy to access Genova center by car.
Room is located in a residentialidence building, there are dogs barking at night and early in the morning.
