I requested an access card to the gym, but despite being in a group of four, not a single person responded. This lack of communication is a clear misrepresentation of the property as advertised on Booking.com. During my eight-day stay, the room was never cleaned, and neither the sheets nor towels were changed throughout my entire visit. Additionally, the apartment ran out of electricity, despite my warning them twenty hours in advance. Although there is supposed to be a power backup (the inverter run out of electricity as well, ridiculous) they only respond to calls when it is convenient for them. I had to call the gate just to receive the access code, which took two hours for them to provide. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was ineffective, blowing only hot air even when set to 16 degrees. Unit 360 in Ballito Village should serve as a case study in hospitality management at institutions of higher learning, illustrating how not to operate a hospitality business. The individuals managing this unit seem indifferent to the needs of their guests; once they have received payment, patrons are left to fend for themselves, often needing to repeatedly request service.

the lady that we were in liaison with was not helpful. they came in the morning to knock asking us to leave an hour before check out time and disturbed us

The place was clean

The security system is not flexible. We almost slept outside the complex because our host only gave us access for the previous day but not for the after 12am arrival. We went to ballito for a function that ended after 12am. The host did not accommodate us well.

Beautiful gorgeous place. Exactly like the pictures.

Internet was poor. Struggled with deliveries because of access codes.
