There was a broken dining room chair when we arrived and the pullout sofa didn’t work but not enough to not be happy with the place

It was very good location. Enough space to enjoy and relax.
The tv was the only thing we had issues with. We would have loved to have been able to use our smart tv streaming apps, and instead we had to “find something” on the tv with the cable service. Probably not an issue with most people, but something the owner may want to consider in the future.
