لم يعجبني تصرف المسؤل عن حجوزات الشقه انا حجزت عن طريق بوكنج وتم تاكيد الحجز . ولكن صاحب الشقة لم يسلمني الشقه وتحجج الزبون لم يغادر الشقه . وهذا سبب لي خساير من يعوضني ذلك . كيف لا تحاسبون صاحب السقه على هذا التصرف .

Water heater was confusing to use. Apartments are shared, you stay in the same apartment as other people, just different rooms which isn't mentioned in the description.
