Posizione centrale della struttura, a pochi metri da piazza Sant'Oronzo.

Dal bagno proveniva un forte odore di fogna, non appena si attivava l'acqua, che si è diffuso in tutta la stanza. Abbiamo anche riscontrato la mancanza di sapone per il lavaggio delle mani e di un apposito piattino nella doccia dove appoggiare bagnoschiuma o altro. Inoltre, nel pieno della notte si sentivano dei rumori forti (di caldaia (?) non saprei) provenienti dall'esterno che hanno disturbato la quiete...
