When we arrived to the property our beds where undone, from the previous tenants. We contact the tenant and sent cleaners after a while(we talking of 4-5 pm). The sheets and the towels were disgustingly filthy!!! I contacted the tenant and basically they did not give a…Simply refuse to reply. I never had such a bad experience and so poor customer service! Do not get how they got that punctuation!! Stay away from this!!

The property was very satisfactory. It matched the description and pictures. It is a modern flat with electric shutters and all amenities. The flat is very well located and a short walk to the beach. There is a nice cafe with wifi right in the building. I would stay here again.

Location is fantastic and the apartment has all the basics to be comfortable.

The bathroom and kitchen were not properly clean. In the bathroom the floor was dirty with dark stains and hairs and for having to pay a cleaning fee this is not acceptable. The staff was also not very flexible to accommodate for a short delay in the check out time even after the bathroom incident which would have been an appreciated courtesy.

Nice modern flat with all you need. Right in the centre of town.

Super modern, spacious and clean facility. Comfortable bed and great kitchen amenities. Minutes from the ocean and restaurants.

We were unable to get a timely answer to a query we sent via multiple avenues. We eventually received an answer a day after having checked out. It didn't affect our stay, though we did wonder what would have happened if we'd had a real emergency. All in all not a reason to avoid this very excellent place.

The communication before and during our stay was great. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you could want. Walking distance to everything!

I liked everything about this place. It's very spacious and has every facility you could think of. It even had two wifis. It is conveniently located next to the historical center and downstairs there is a place where you can buy breakfast ( which is not so obvious in Spain).

It is not a complaint it is only advice - would be great to provide pictures of where the key box is located. I was looking for it inside, as the external doors were open upon my arrival.
