Hotel O Blue Ocean Near R City Mall

Every thing was bad in the hotel,no towels were provided, TV was not working,bed was dirty and the bed sheet, pillows covers were the used one given over there,rooms were smelling as if someone have drunked in the room ,Rooms were in very bad conditions,no facilities to do payment through card or online and they have taken cash from me Rs.1617/- were as online shown to me was 1400/- .This is not at all expected .

There was no cleanliness No geyser facility The staff was not evening listening to my issues. No room cleaning atleast for once in my 4 days stay. Their service was the worst ever I have experienced!

Staff's behaviour They have collected 1,004 extra from me apart from bill. I'm uploading the bills and I need that cashback

everything. it smelled of pee. its shady and weird. this shouldnt be listed on any place. the last guy at the counter plays bhojpuri songs on the highest volume. they keep opening and shutting the shutter through the night. the entrance has thrash and paan stains on both side.
