El apartamento está bien equipado y su ubicación es buena, cerca hay un parking de pago y a unos metros tienes todos los servicios y ocio necesarios. Muy cerca de las Setas de Sevilla.

En mi opinión deberían de tener más cuidado con la limpieza, así como renovar las sábanas, almohadas y toallas. Una de las camas pequeñas tenía dos tablas del somier partidas, por suerte esa cama no nos hizo falta.

"Great location"

We had a great stay! Miguel, the host, was very friendly and provided helpful links for nearby parking and directions to local supermarkets. Raquel was there to greet us and hand over the keys—she was lovely and welcoming. She let us know that one of the bedroom blinds wasn’t working, but it was fixed later that same day and didn’t interfere with our plans at all. The location of the apartment is amazing—everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants and plenty of coffee shops. Being on the ground floor made it super convenient for handling suitcases. We were also able to drop off our luggage before the 3 PM check-in time, which was very helpful.

The only downside was that things felt a bit damp in the apartment—our clothing and the beds especially. Not sure if that’s due to the building being a little older. Other than that, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience!

"Poor. Even the key handover lacking in information or friendliness"

Coffee maker is not working. Mosquitoes were unbearable. Bathroom smells of sewer. Noisy kids upstairs.
