Excellent service!! I was worried about the place to store my snowboard equipment during my stay. The front desk offer me that they will keep my gear at the hotel for six weeks, until the Yamato transport comes to pick up and send to the hotel of my next trip. Great thankful!

1階の暖炉が素敵で、いる間ドリンクサービスが充実していた。 温泉が身体が暖まるくらい、とてもよかった。

洋室で宿泊したかった。 晩御飯を食べれるところを聞ければ良かった。 お箸がわかりやすいところにおいてあると良かった。
