Great convenient location from the station for exploring the Cinque Terre. Very clean. Great facilities and comfortable beds.

Everything in general

There was no lift.

The location was excellent, very close to the train station and you can easily get to Cinque Terre National Park from there. 3 functional ACs, the kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was clean.

The bedroom with two single beds is not suitable for adults, because the beds are too small.

Excellent location to La Spezia Centrale - rather than following Google Maps directions, we used the elevator/stairs shortcut from across the building to get to the station. Host was very friendly and accommodated us very well via WhatsApp. We were a group of 3 staying in the one bedroom apartment and we felt we had plenty of space.

The surroundings could get noisy, especially that the building is situated next to a busy street. Although we were provided with hangers, it would have been nice to have more towel hangers in the bathroom and maybe have a small drying rack to dry clothes in the balcony (considering going to the beach is one of the activities that can be done in Cinque Terre).

3 flights of stairs no lift a problem for elderly I would think

The location! Easy to find with keys easily accessible. The apartment was spotless, kitchen well equipped, although we only used the fridge and electric kettle but could have cooked! However we were on holiday!! Spacious 2 bed apartment v close to train station, which we used to get to Cinque Terre villages. Beds v comfortable Lots of towels for the 4 of us Our contact also gave us recommendations for local restaurants.

The 3 flights of stairs but we knew that so not a complaint! It helped us to get used to the Cinque Terre walking trails! We could not hang up our clothes as rails in bedrooms were over 3 m high! No shelves/lockers next to beds which was unusual. A 2nd set of keys would have helped as we were with another couple and on occasion needed to return to apartment at different times. However, none of these issues spoiled our stay.

It is right next to the train station which was essential for us as we travelled each day and with backpacks. The decor was really modern and clean.

We were self catering and the stove top didn’t work properly and not enough utensils, or a corkscrew!
