El servicio de parking muy lento con demoras de 45 minutos, el servicio de playa se presta en un lugar muy pequeño estando las sombrillas tan cerca que abiertas se tocan, la mesa del departamento estaba en pésimo estado y los ascensores tiene una demora terrible.

The apartment had a stunning view and mostly a good layout. It had a balcony from each room. The security was good. The pool was pretty and so was the beach. Loved the washing machine and dryer setup.

The apt was dated in some areas: Rusted trash cans and shampoo holders need to be replaced. It also needs a bigger toiletry holder in the shower. More hangers in the shower is always better. The Master bathroom had a light over the sink but not over the makeup area which wasn't comfortable. The doors leading to the Master bedroom and master bathroom didn't work together. You have to close one to use the other. There should be a barn or sliding door leading to the Master bedroom. Trash cans should be in all rooms. Offering more than one roll of paper in each br is the right thing to do In the kitchen - there were dirty dishes in the cabinets (I took pictures) and those had to be washed by me. The dishwasher wasn't working, there were 3 attempts to fix it. The dish soap was very much diluted which resulted in having to buy more, and that is after we bought dishwasher supplies that were never used. Some essential dishes were missing. There is one baking pan, no grader, coffee machine was hard to use. Very few forks and knives, no mid-size bowls. In many hotels and resorts, you get coffee supplies. Not here. You do however pay a resort fee. Doors and walls had fingerprints on them. Some of the outlets had a layer of dust (behind the side table in the living room). The sofas in the living room had stains of drinks that were spilled, those need to be cleaned well. The curtains have a dark bottom and need to be washed once in a while. One of the mirrored side tables had a broken mirror. The floor was not cleaned well. I wore shoes at all times but my daughter was shocked to see dark feet every day before going to bed. I mopped and broomed as much as needed. You get 2 trash bags, I suggest that you provide more, as it is to your benefit. There wasn't any dish towel or cloth to clean and dry surfaces. We bought some. The appliances are high-end but need better maintenance.
