House is clean, coffee, tea and sweets on the shared hallway free to use and toiletries also.

Shared Bathroom, which I saw only after paying the reservation, from my point of view not clearly specified in the description. Also there was an additional payment at the property for the city tax, 4.2€/person/night, which was not specified.

The room was comfortable and clean. The property is close to the regular bus into Bologna city centre and the rail station. welcoming and generous hosts

The shower was unreliable and ran hot and cold.

Beautiful property, very unique and homely. Coffee options and sweets were excellent. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, very nice people. Would stay again without hesitation

Very nice room, clean, many small details, which do the place very cozy. The owner is very nice, gave us all necessary information. The location is convenient - there is direct bus to the historical center and free parking around the place.

The place was super clean, the stuff super friendly, balcony beautiful,bed very comfortable, and there is a super pretty cat going around. The host is living small candies and presents in general and they provide nice guide and help around the city and where to eat. Definitely we will be back if we go to Bologna again.

There was no breakfast

The rooms and the facilities were really nice! Also the host is very kind and in the hallway you can help yourself to tea/coffee and lots of recommendations of stuff to do and where to eat. City centre is also very easily reachable with bus and there’s a great pizzeria only 2 minutes away. Train station was a little more difficult with the buses but also manageable! Would definitely stay here again!!

Owner was very pleasant and accommodating for our late check in! Highly recommend and is in a good location!
