The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The toilet paper holder was non existent. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I asked if I could check out early to go elsewhere only to be told that I would not get a full refund. I WILL NOT return

IEThe whole ambiance of the place was fantastic. The lady on reception was very helpful.
If I had one liitle thing to say, it was the fact that we had no chairs to sit on that evening on the balcony. It is only a small thing but it would really have made our evening as we had travelled from Ireland and we were catching on with family and the only place to sit was on the bed.
AUThe cabins were clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Our family unfortunately had to leave our cabin in the evening as we had a very unpleasant neighbour screaming, swearing and banging the walls. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and moved us to a different type of room in the park.
The park wasn’t walking distance to town.

Encontré algunos lugares rincones sucios, sobre todo el piso me encanta salir por las mañanas afuera, no había unas sillas donde sentarse, y eso es incómodo para un lugar muy bonito y disfrutar del amanecer al lado de tu café la alberca muy caliente el room también

The loft beds weren't even beds. Very uncomfortable. They didn't even have a fitted & top sheet just a folded sheet on the pad. Last night a bunch of teens made a ton of noise & kept us up.

Park was run down & and the playground was broken. Ad list this specific place a cabin, but it is actually just a room & loft. I was under the impression that it was the whole cabin, but instead, it was split into two separate rental rooms.
